The Academic Poster Presentation!

Above is the final print for the academic poster, with the 400 words included, however for the Presentation i used these 400 words printed over the digital render show previously, as i hadnt started 3D modelling yet.
The presentation went better than i had anticipated, considering we were given a 3 minute mark, no more no less, i was quite anxious, however there was a timer, and surprisingly my rambling lasted about 3 minutes.
I discussed my idea, where it came from, why i went with it, and how i expected the final result to look, and how i hoped to get there. I had discussed this idea with classmates and others but receive negative enough response, as it was silly and not very Derry even though the figure is built of all things Derry.
So in all honesty i was expecting to start from scratch on the morning of the presentation, however between the class and tutor at the time, it seemed like a reasonable idea.
I was given some feedback, mainly about referencing (however i couldnt find anything to reference in these articular 400 words) and to begin working on 3D Modelling immediately as it is a very time consuming project ive set out for myself.
I knew at this point even if i dont get the result i want in the end and the figurine goes wrong and i run into problems, it will all defiantly be a massive learning experience. However im starting to think at this stage i havent left myself enough time to finish this idea properly, especially considering i havent UV wrapped anything successfully yet.
